Welcome to the Morden and District Chamber of Commerce website. It has been designed as part of our Mission to Provide Value and Business Services Based on the Expressed Needs of All Business Sectors. We are confident that you will find all the information you need among these pages
The Morden Board of Trade was first established on March 27, 1890, the third in the new province of Manitoba, by progressive businessmen in our community.
Things have not changed much in the intervening years - we are still Progressive, Aggressive and Innovative - always working to stay ahead of our peers.
Recently, members of our Executive developed a new Strategic Plan for the Chamber of Commerce. Our vision is to be the Independent Driving Force for the Business Community by Providing Reliable and Innovative Support. To do that we will Improve our Finances, Improve Communications and Networking, Increase Relevancy, and Increase Membership.
The Chamber of Commerce Executive is working hard to provide leadership. We encourage YOU to stay informed, get involved and take advantage of every opportunity offered.
